The Tri-Ax/Fâ„¢ is more than just a short handle. We re-engineered the entire
shift mechanism with an improved pivot ratio so you can enjoy faster shifts
without having to bend down to reach the shift knob. The throws are shorter
and the shift knob is located in a more comfortable position than the factory
shifter, without being too short like other "short throw" shifters that are really
nothing more than a chopped down stick. The Tri-Ax/Fâ„¢ is manufactured
with heavy-duty parts to withstand abuse, including a CNC-machined steel
shaft. Installation can be done by the do-it-yourselfer with basic hand tools.

The improved factory cable arrangement of this shifter reduces flex and improves precision. This is the slickest shifting Tri-Ax/Fâ„¢ yet! Installation is so simple it can be done by a first-timer in less than 30 minutes.

Reuse your stock knob or add a custom knob.

Works with Focus built after 4/2002 with Zetec engine and 5 spd. Also works with the Duratec with 5 spd combination. Does NOT fit SVT or SPi equipped Focus!!!
